I had a very very good stay and will be back, thanks. Everything seemed perfect, amicable staff, non-smoking rooms. It had central location close to Knitting Factory. I liked the room on 19th floor, my bed was comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel everything was excellent, I appreciated to be here. Even though some of the staff were racist, I had a real good stay.

Liked our 1 night here. The staff was pleasant, provided an early check-in and an easy check-out. The room was spotless and updated, included central heating, multi-channel TV and coffee/tea making machines. The food was outstanding, with plenty of options.

Good value, room was warm, staff were respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a jacuzzi.

Stayed here before, liked staff and rooms. I stayed in the room that was nicely remodeled and available with the tub and a jacuzzi, for instance. The place was set about 5 minutes walk from the downtown. It was an easy walk to Canter's Delicatessen, where you can have dinner.

We loved the hotel, just what we needed. 0.5 miles away from Reno-Tahoe International airport.

Location: the hotel was not far from the three attached casinos. Also, Greater Nevada Field was located in the near vicinity.

This exciting hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was incredible.

The hotel was good old and the food was fantastic. The beach there was wonderful, the venue was located near the shore.

The location was panoramic, the room was individually decorated, the bed was spacious. Dismissive, enthusiastic staff who were ready to help. The room was reasonably priced. Wonderful breakfast and on time. The hotel was near the scenic beach.

The food was outstanding, had good choice of options.

We liked this hotel; its healthy breakfast, our romantic room. Nice beds, climate control, terrace and microwave in the room. The staff was terrific and also were happy to help. True 4-star experience, high quality service. Ideal setting in the extra comfy area.

The hotel was beautiful little, and I loved exceptionally pleasant staff and freshly renovated room. The pool was amazing and I had cold drinks in the salad bar.

Facilities were perfect, though Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The room was air-conditioned and we enjoyed the stay. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, a seating area and a writing table.

Low-budget tidy hotel and staff was funny. Great continental breakfast. I appreciated the room, the bed was extremely comfy. Near a good beach. Perfect service during my comfortable stay. Besides, there was strong wifi, had no problem with it.

No complaints, the venue met the purpose, 100% recommend it. Location was PLEASANT, and I enjoyed convenient rooms and thoughtful staff. The selection of reasonably priced fresh fruit, omelet, eggs, sausages and cheese was a bonus. Fairly clean and relaxing hotel in Downtown Reno district.

We had an excellent stay in a long time. We loved the central location and our warm room. The breakfast was absolutely great, with supportive staff and a huge variety of food. Incredibly beautiful place with helpful service too.

Nonsmoking room, absolutely amazing location and very polite personnel. All in all it's pretty clean place, they have super comfy beds. Downtown Reno district deserves your attention.

The whole place was very neat and the staff was super - friendly. Booked a room with absolutely beautiful views. Its bathroom was spacious. The setting of hotel was extremely comfy! Service was friendly too.

Loved it. This was a spotlessly clean and recently refurbished hotel. Convenient location to garage. The room was pretty, non smoking and had modern furniture. The staff - outstanding and were more than helpful, ensured that we have a special stay. Impressive lobby.

Fairly nice stay, as always. There was lots of APPETISING meals. I was offered a room with gorgeous views of the mountain.

Everyone was professional in that hotel. Manzanita Lake is really close to the property. Being minute walk from Pho Mein was nice, we had dinner there.

Ideal base for exploring Reno. In fact, it had parking.

Suitable place for a 2-night stay. Hotel is very clean. Besides, the property had free WiFi. It's within walking distance of Cin Cin Bar, good for a little drink.

The hotel's setting within short walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, like reno events center. Comfy beds in the rooms...

we stayed really close to reno events center and could visit national automobile museum. one could dine at restaurants such as the buffet 15 minutes away. the hotel was placed in the central location.

We really enjoyed our time here. The restaurant was located within 200 feet. Perfect place for city trip in Reno...
